This vegan shirodashi vegetable stock from Hichifuku will enhance any dish with a mild yet tasty flavor.

Utilizing the delicious, natural flavors of six types of domestically-grown vegetables: carrots, onions, celery, shiitake mushrooms, garlic and burdock root, a great flavor is brought out when combined with white soy sauce (shiro shoyu) and vegetable bouillon.

This concentrated soup stock is packed with flavor and cost-effective, and with no added chemical seasonings you can be sure you're tasting the natural ingredients with every mouthful.

Instructions:

Add to various dishes to enhance the flavor, such as: pot-au-feu, tuna and onion cream pasta, cabbage and cheese soup, eggplant and summer vegetable pasta, mackerel stew, and simmered vegetables.

Or dilute at a rate of 1 Tbsp dashi to 200ml water to create a simple, mildly flavorful soup.
