Made with high-quality, handmade, barrel-aged Denemon tamari shoyu, which has been blended with sun-dried salt and carefully-selected mirin to round out the flavor profile, this seasoning takes salmon, tuna, and other quality seafood to the next level. 

Denemon tamari, the soy sauce used as a base for this product, is an exceptionally rich and flavorful soy sauce that has been created by fermenting domestic whole soybeans in cedar barrels for three years. The intense flavor of the tamari is already perfect for red meat and sushi, but the addition of mirin helps thin it out, and adds a touch of sweetness that goes wonderfully with sashimi.
